Well I just signed up and am pretty new here, but I wanted to share an original poem with ya'll and see what you think about it.
Rag Doll
Tiny fragile rag doll
You've ripped out every little stitch;
Your seams are popping open all
to satisfy your nasty itch;
Subtle bits of cotton bleed
from splintered yarn unwound;
Lifeless rag doll only freed
by your buttons on the ground.
Darkened, burlap rag doll
with your threaded, crooked frown
upon the needle that you fall
we never hear a sound -
Your stitches part in horror,
your may never be re sewn;
in the darkness, never poorer
than the sorrowful world you've known
