Ive played for 13 years, based on what Ive seen live from both of them, Robb topps Simon without question. Im sure that will be quite noticable in the new stuff, and will be key in the new sound of the disk and the group....
I hadnt heard "Bleed Like Me" since the second album tour, and when Robb tore into that solo last August when I saw them, I was more than pleased......

yeah from what ive seen on videos and stuff, Robb is compltely inferior to Simon with a guitar. Im stoked for the new album and what Robb brings to the guys. Hopefully it gets Trapt noticed for somethin other than Headstrong. They deserve it. Headstrong is great but they have so much more to offer.
i'm not doubting robb's abilities, but don't judge until you've actually heard the new album. I mean, the solos from new beginning and black rose remain my favourites and they were simon's. Remember, Simon was faithful to trapt from the beginning, being a founding member...
