It's easy for me to walk away and start something new. I just look at new things, start from scratch and having friends to help you through. It's just a part of life, we can all overcome that but you just have to know how.

Yeah, trust me man. You'll find something out there and you'll look back thinking that you did the right thing for yourself.

You just know. You can feel it in your heart. If that makes sense....

If you are considering starting new, then it is probably time to do so. It takes a lot of courage, but it is the best thing you can do for yourself in the end. I have started new on a few occassions. Some were forced, and some I chose. I don't regret any of them, and I realize now that it has made me who I am today.

*And there is nothing wrong with moving to start over. I moved from NV to MD, to another part of MD, to WV, and most recently to WA. I think its much easier to "start fresh" when everything around you is fresh.

The first time wasn't easy at all...there was a lot of other things that caused my move. It got easier with every time. The most recent move I made from WV to WA was very easy. I knew it was time for me to find my happiness elsewhere. I was stagnant where I was. I left my parents and every friend I had to move in with my boyfriend in the middle of nowhere in a state I'd never been to. We had no idea what we were going to do when we got here....we canvased the area looking for jobs and barely survived the first 3 months [if it weren't for our parents, we might not have...] Even with all of that stress, I was the happiest I'd ever been. I love my job, this area, and the guy.

So, in a nutshell, at first it will seem quite hard; but it will be beyond worth it in the end. :)

I guess it depends on how you mean it. As long as it's not giving up out of fear of failure or something, it's always good to try something new. To walk away from one thing in search of something better for yourself is a good thing too.

I've literally been pushed to the point where I dropped whatever I had in my hand or what I was doing an literally turned around and walked away. It's just a realization within yourself.

You know when you are not satisfied or happy with the way things are going. If it's unhealthy, unfulfilling, and/or detrimental to your ability to move forward with your life, it needs to change. Change is not always easy, especially when you want to wipe the slate completely clean and start over, but sometimes it's for the best. After a while, you will settle into things and find that you were happier than before. If not, it's time to make another move, whatever that move may be.
